The first time I read "Neurospicy" in a Neurodivergent social group I could not contain my excitement. I loved everything about it, the feeling that my wiring was spiced differently and therefore an acquired taste only for the willing and strong.

Now, I am a true Minnesotan with my level of actual spice tolerance. It is minimal, as Tim Walz accurately represented on the campaign trail.

Growing up feeling not enough or too much, it feels good to grab onto my own power of who I am and be okay with the idea that not everyone likes everyone! But I live with me, and I want to like that person.
